Nervous System Integration
Transforming Touch®

What is Transforming Touch®?
Developed by Dr. Stephen Terrell, Transforming Touch® is a neuro-physiological approach to support healing from developmental and relational wounds. By focusing on the body's "primitive" survival responses, it helps clients move from chronic fight-or-flight responses or shutdown into a felt sense of safety.
This method fosters physiological repair, allowing the nervous system to begin building somatic trust, regulation, and connection. It is a trauma-informed somatic approach that supports regulation, allowing experiences to shift at a felt, embodied level to provide lasting healing.
How It Works
A distinct, hands-on therapeutic modality offered exclusively in-person. This work is facilitated on a massage table (fully clothed) to support nervous system regulation and establish somatic trust and secure attachment.
By working directly with the body's survival centers, it helps release deeply held constriction and developmental responses to support change. This work builds your inherent capacity for connection and a settled mind.
Key Benefits
"When talk isn't enough — healing through the body."
